I usually start with:
- In two sentences - what was your Idea, and how does it help the world?

Other possible questions:
- What was the moment when you went from the Idea in your mind to that breakthrough - ok, let's make it real? Was that a moment, a person ..., what was the trigger?

- What surprised you the most on your entrepreneurial journey, in a good or a bad way?

- What was the best business advice you received?
  - And the worst one?

- What would you advise someone to do?

- Regarding your offer, how should someone contact you?
    - What can they expect?
    - How much does it cost?

- What are the most common mistakes you see companies make when ...?

- What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self when you first started your career/business? Would you change anything?

- What were some of the biggest challenges you faced when starting your business?

- What would you say was the most rewarding part of the entrepreneurial journey?

- How did you start with execution? Alone, with a friend, how did you form the team?

- If the listeners of this event could help you with something, what would it be?
